Rumer Willis ‘celebrates birthday without Demi’

Rumer Willis has celebrated her birthday without her mother Demi Moore.
The star rang in her 24th birthday with siblings Tallulah and Scout and her dad at Abe & Arthur’s restaurant in New York City on Thursday.
Demi was not involved in the celebrations.
According to the New York Post, the three girls enjoyed a “relaxed dinner”, with father Bruce joining his daughters part way through the meal.
“He helped them sing Happy Birthday to Rumer and blow out the candles,” an onlooker told the publication.
Rumer and the group went on to party afterwards, while Bruce left them to dance the night away.
Rumer has had a somewhat strained relationship with mom Demi after the actress broke down and went to rehab following her split from husband Ashton Kutcher.
Her daughters reportedly haven’t been speaking to her as they believe their mother wants to remain “in her misery.”
“Bruce is still very protective of Demi, and he hates how bratty the girls are being toward her right now. He controls their purse strings, and he’s threatening to cut off their allowances if they don’t start showing their mother some compassion,” a source revealed last month.
