The Love nest would be soon gone. Pattinson is “selling” the posh Los Feliz home in Los Angeles that Stewart moved into nearly a year ago. “He said there are too many memories”. Although Stewart has been splitting her time with BFF Scout Taylor-Compton in Burbank, Calif. and with her parents in L.A.’s Woodland Hills nabe, she hasn’t yet officially moved out of the $6.3 million house, which Pattinson bought in September 2011. Once owned by ER star Noah Wylie, the abode is “on an acre and a half of land and has a 150-person screening room and amazing gardens,” according to a source.
The New York Post reports that studio execs have been hoping Pattinson can forgive Stewart for cheating on him with director Rupert Sanders, and get back together. The couple met on the set of the first “Twilight” movie back in 2008, and their romance off-screen has played a huge role in the obsessive fan-driven success of the film franchise.
Interestingly, the real estate sale news came out at the same time as a report alleges that Robert has finally agreed to meet his estranged girlfriend of three years face-to-face. Also, in July this year, Stewart, 22, publically apologized for cheating on Pattinson after some photographs of her intimately embracing her director Rupert Sanders, were published.
