The Luxurious hotels of San Francisco
by Luxury.Net
If anyone is searching for the best luxury hotel in San Francisco for two nights in the month of November, then it is really a tough job to choose in between the Fairmont in Nob Hill, the Ritz Cariton, the four seasons and the Mandarin Oriental. The boutique type shops and restaurants are nice than the department store type shopping. The rest of the city’s boutique shopping areas except these do not have any hotels or more specifically luxury hotels.
The Four Seasons is in a shopping district on Grant, Post, Geat and Stockton. The Mandarin Oriental is in a financial district which does not afford any real shopping but only a few distances away from the boutique shopping. The Ritz-Cariton and Fairmont are both on hills and as usual there is no shopping around them at all. It is located at the edge of a very upscale residential neighborhood. The Ritz is close to Union Square and China Town. It is just only up one flight of stairs and a little uphill walk from US. The St Francis which has got a new tower also has some nice views. It is adjoining to Union Square and a lot of shopping area is close by. The Bay bridge end is also a newer highly rated hotel.
If anyone is interested in a nice area that is flat and have lots of non –NYC in the immediate area, they can enjoy the environment at the Hyatt Regency situated at the foot of Market Street. It is located across from the Ferry Building and the wonderful views across the bay. There is another hotel which is situated over in Sausalito which has got a broad opening towards the hill and also the incredible picturesque view of the bay and the long skyline
