At the present day, a new hotel booking site is being launched called as Want Me Get Me who will inform the tourists which hotel offers the best bang for the luxury travel tour. The site is free and also members only hotel booking site. They promise or assure the travelers with “exclusive access to perks and amenities usually reserved for celebrities, rock stars, and platinum rewards status priority guests at the world’s best hotels.” Melanie Brandman who owns a public relation firm which represents some of the hotels on the list is the co-founder of the luxury hotel booking site Want Me Get Me. The site also has an advisory board which includes Kellie Pelletier, former director of communications at Jetsetter.com, Roberta Seiler, former director of partnership development at Jetsetter.com, and Brad Wilson, president of Ace Hotel.

The idea or the motive behind the launching of the site is such that the tourists who pay standard room rate at the 200 select luxury and boutique hotels on Want Me Get Me’ list will get the treatment of VIP and also the free perks. Till date they have reported that the facilities such as room upgrades, free Wi-Fi, free valet parking and champagne on arrival. But the perks offered by the site’s guest VIP list can be quite lavish. Many luxury hotels are involving themselves in the interesting venture such as Peninsula, Raffles, Orient-Express, Oberoi, and Trump, to the Thompson, Ace Hotel and Standard Hotels. Most of the areas where the hotels are situated mainly are New York, Los Angeles, Miami and San Francisco Bay areas. The tourists can log on to the site directly or can also connect themselves through Facebook Connect which has an added advantage that is their profile picture gets automatically sent to the hotel for the GM’s VIP list for immediate recognition. Unlike the other sites there will also be space for suggestions and recommendations.
