The Baccarat magazine is a vibrant mixture of luxury, fashion and people.
Every issue is infused with energy and youthful vigour, as glossy photoshoots and bold features regale the reader with the finer points of stylish living. Inspired by the spirit of Asia’s favourite casino game, Baccarat is the magazine which connects best with affluent trendsetters and sophisticates in Hong Kong.

The magazine is currently distributed in Hong Kong and Shanghai in restaurants, cafes, spas, private clubs, luxury hotels and airline cabins of Cathay Pacific and Dragonair, with plans for increased visibility in Shanghai, Beijing and other major Chinese cities. Alexandre Charriol graced the pages of Baccarat Magazine‘s September 2012 issue and offers us an insight into his much-awaited return to the company. As Charriol’s new Visual Director, he shares his story on his roots, passion for the arts, and his desire to elevate the brand to new heights.

BACCARAT Magazine’s October issue, available now from bookstores and newsstands in Hong Kong, is full of fashion and fun. This month we are lucky to have not one but two glamorous celebrity shoots, with both stars, coincidentally, having recently tied the knot. Karen Mok, who has been reunited with her high-school sweetheart and has a jazz album coming out next month, graces our cover, and inside CoCo Lee, who married longtime beau Bruce Rockowitz last year, poses in red-hot fashions. Their respective halves don’t seem to mind taking the back seat to a famous woman who is always on the road.

Photographer Tim Wong, whose specialty is China art-inspired multiple-image fashion spreads, produces a ‘shop-window dressing’ shoot using mannequins. After many hours of post-production work model Masson Ge becomes one of the inanimate crowd. In another hot shoot, executed by Singaporean photographer Ukay Cheung and Hong Kong stylist Harrylam, our model merges with the wallpaper for a clever, graphic illustration of this season’s vivid prints.
