The authority of Cap Juluca Resort has declared that the resort will reopen on November 15, this year. Following a three-month closure to renovate its guest rooms and villas, the luxurious Cap Juluca Resort is about to open in two weeks. The owners, Charles and Linda Hickox are planning a full-property refurbishment over the next several years. According to them – Change is good and that is why they are trying to convert the Resort into a class. Located along the intimate crescent of Maundays Bay on the exclusive island of Anguilla, Cap Juluca’s Greco-Moorish architecture is as timeless as the sea itself. One will enjoy the warmth of luxury in the lap of the deep blue sea and white sand beaches are ready to welcome you.
Sources revealed several stories about the resort. Recent updates to the property include a lot of things such as – a new A new 3,290-square-foot, two-bedroom private pool luxury suite — The Jonquil Suite — featuring two master bedrooms, a central sitting room, a full-service kitchen, an oceanfront dining terrace and a freshwater infinity pool and Jacuzzi. Sources also revealed that there will be a restaurant named Barkleys. The restaurant will feature a new bar located directly on the beach and offering breakfast, lunch and refreshments and cocktails daily. Chattertons — The bar will now offer entertainment with a Caribbean casual flair.
Not only this, there will be another restaurant. The Pimms restaurant on property will sport a fresh look and offer new menu selections with French and Caribbean influences. One will experience world-class dining. Maundays A new staff of trained baristas will offer espresso, lattes and coffee drinks. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies will be blended to order, along with Mojitos and other cocktails to enjoy both in the sunshine and at sunset.
